Wearables Creator Pass

so in the last few months there has been a huge influx in the amount of wearables been created, even more so with the added creator royalty we now receive.

I feel now there should be some way creators can maybe earn some sort of status or role, that enables them to create wearables. The current state of the market is a total free for all and these is a lot of low-quality items making its way into the game.

I feel to keep the market in a healthy state there needs to be a slower flow of items entering the game, giving previous items time to actually mint and sell rather than being pushed to the bottom of the featured and give every creator a chance to shine and get a name for themself.

maybe this could make upload fees cheaper with a pass? as more of a reward for being a recognised creator?
