Should the catalyst node with the domain kramer.manzier.com and owner 0xef516b62e31849123bcc5f98428cb6d497a2d0c8 be added to Decentraland's Catalyst Network?

Description

With the recent increase in traffic it often feels like the existing pool of 10 may not be enough.
I currently have this node running on a Hyper-V VM with plenty of bandwidth, memory and processing. I have extensive experience managing servers.
