Rewarding DCL anniversary NFT to winners in DCL aniversary event

If there will be events or contest to celebrate DCL birthday, it's nice to create DCL NFT and reward to the winners.

For example, we have DCL FilmClub contest last year. --> https://decentraland.org/blog/announcements/decentraland-video-contest/

I think it's a good start to reward all of them who participated in DCL FilmClub contest last year because there were relatively small enough numbers on the list and they have been contribute for DCL as OG.
