adding BGM to the avatars with NFTs

There are NFTs that provides sounds. We look back at ppl when they come across with a decent scent of smell. I believe background music for avatars will be something similar to good smelling colognes.
Can we add the feature to add NFTed BGMs to our avatars and have it activated on

1. the owner's will, (on/off switch by wearing the music NFT)
2. the listener's will (with a button to choose BGM turn ons and offs)

• Yes it will be fun to add BGM functions
• No it will be a mess
• Invalid question/options
