Should we have a UN General Assembly like building?

With all thats going on in the world, I thought it might be an interesting idea to have an area where people can go to discuss issues and talk about ideas that would get us closer to peace.

With sovereign states setting up in DCL, I think it might be an interesting concept worth a conversation. Who would have thought 10 years ago that twitter would have been a hot bed of political communications? DCL could be a great medium, and I think we should capitalize on it.

I know the idea is pretty vauge, but there could be scheduled speakers on given topics. With censorship on the rise around the world, this could be a fantastic platform to have truly open and diverse conversations!
