Reward Land to early adopters and define rules for it

I think we need to reward our community and especially with a land ( small for example ) for being part of the project as early testers, early players or what else. Some of us have played and try things into Decentraland as real believers but for now most of us do not have there place to exist in this metaverse because of to much high price of Lands .... First question is : Should we reward early adopters with some free lands ?
