Should decentraland marketplace have an option for leasing names ?

Many feel left out on owning their desired names in DCL. This is due to early adopters scooping up most of these premium/platinum names during the official launch in 2020. Lately I am noticing almost all new users with guest names. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is affordability due to requiring 100 Mana + Gas to claim a name. Another reason is most likely because the name they want has already been claimed by another user. Perhaps the last reason is name price on the secondary market is well above their threshold.

Here is why I believe there should be a marketplace for leasing DCL Names:

• Allow new users to experience what it feels like owning a name at 1/10th or 1/100th of the actual minting price.

• Give someone the pleasure of having their dream name inside the metaverse.

• Provide awareness, liquidity, volume & activity in names market.

• Incentive and passive income for anyone who owns two names or more.

• Possibility for leasing names in L2 Polygon (Matic) with almost no fees. (technically may or may not be possible)

• Great model for pop-up, one time events where that name is required or relevant for that event.

Leasing options can be 1 day, 1 week, 1 month etc.. I longer the term of the lease cheaper it becomes.
