Should inactive committee members be removed after 1 month of inactivity?

Since the new committee members started their new experience the olders one disapered, leaving pending collection for change approval. Is actually 2 months i'm waiting for a thumbnail approval?!? I wasn't thinking much about it, but 2 months?? I think is pleanty of experienced people happy to be a comittee member and be active as the lastest one are doing. Another solution should be that who is inactive have to pass their pending approval to who can review them.
