[FIP 018] - Whitelist FRAX & FEI and add them to Pool 90

Following the discussion under FIP 018 on the forum and discord, it is proposed that we whitelist both FRAX & FEI and subsequently add them to our Rari Fuse pool.

Motivation

We’re in contact with both the FRAX & FEI teams and we would like to add them to our Rari Fuse Pool 90. Coupled with the approved pool seeding from FIP 015, the additional liquidity will provide more options for people to borrow/lend against. Adding new assets to the pool is not going to change our verified status.

Vote Yes, to approve all. Vote No, to do nothing.
