[FIP 028] - Todo Design Work on [xxxxxxxxx]

Summary

It is proposed to reward Todo $10,000.00 USD in FLOAT from the treasury for their UI design contributions to the next phase of Float Protocol.

Motivation

Todo has been working on Float Protocol on their own dime from the early stages of BANK distribution. Todo has recently been working on designs for the next iteration of Float Protocol; keyparts of the UI have been designed by Todo already including:

• Auction UI design
• Splash Page design
• Homepage design
• Selection page
• Controller page and cards
• Logo design
• Header design
• Connect wallet button design
• Modal design
• Application flow design

Todo has also already started bringing their designs to life and building out the UI.
