SIP-378: Perps V3 - Integrator Requests & Improvements
SIP-378 proposes to incorporate the following into Perps v3:
- Drop the acceptablePrice check on order commitment
- Use the on-chain price, without any staleness tolerance check, when settleOrder calls requiredCredit
