SCCP-275: Update Wrapper Parameters
SCCP-275 proposes to implement the following:
- Increase the WETH wrapper
burnFeeRateto 50 bp from 10 bp - Lower the the DAI wrapper
burnFeeRateto 5 bp from 10 bp
