SCCP-133: Increase volume partner rewards to 10K SNX p/month

SCCP-133 https://sips.synthetix.io/SCCP/sccp-133 proposes to increase volume partner rewards to 10,000 SNX per month.

Are you in favor of this proposal to increase volume partner rewards to 10,000 SNX per month from the current 4,000 SNX per month (as of SIP-132)? The increase would be taken from inflation.
