Update sDEFI and iDEFI

Should the Spartan Council approve the release of the updated sDEFI and iDEFI synths?

SCCP-77 proposes to add SUSHI, 1INCH and BNT to the sDEFI and iDEFI index synths. The SCCP also provides for the removal of wNXM from the DEFI index. Additionally, the proposal has rebalanced the units of each component to the index in alignment with % weightages for each asset.
