Grants Council Election - 16/12/21

NOTE: This Election is run under an earlier schedule - due to edge-cases covered in SIP-137 "holiday-schedule"

Purpose

This snapshot proposal carries out the election to nominate 5 members to serve a 3-month epoch under the Synthetix Grants Council. This role is a paid a monthly stipend by the Treasury Council.

Information

The Grants Council is a governing body of the Synthetix Protocol, responsible for the allocation of resources to drive the development of public goods that relate to the Synthetix protocol.

Voting Process

SNX Stakers are assigned a percentage debt ownership as voting weight. This voting weight is then quadratically weighted, as outlined in SIP-90

Each wallet with a voting weight can only vote for one nominee.
