Settlement Criteria: Style Control Parameter: Results must be taken from the ""Leaderboard"" tab with ""Style Control"" unchecked (Off). This ensures the ranking reflects the standard ELO rather than adjusted scores for verbosity or formatting. Primary Ranking Factor: Models are ranked primarily by their Arena Score. Tiebreaker Rule: If two models from different companies have an identical Arena Score at the time of check, the alphabetical order of the company names as listed in the market choices serves as the tiebreaker (e.g., Anthropic would rank ahead of OpenAI). Identifier Persistence: If a company releases a ""Preview"" or ""Experimental"" model (e.g., gpt-4o-2024-05-13), it must be explicitly listed under that company’s umbrella on the leaderboard to count for that company. Source Availability: If lmarena.ai is down at the deadline, the market stays open until the site is accessible.
