Create a Community Multisig Experiment

Proposal: This proposal is for the election of 6 members to a 4 of 6 multisig governing the use of 50,000SOLOS.

We have had 6 applicants to the multisig in the Elections channel. All look like fantastic folks to take the inaugural step in this crazy experiment.

Rather than create a vote that selects between these users, this proposal is to elect all 6 to the multisig. The variety of talent and background is fantastic and there is no reason why we shouldn't utilize everyone who is interested.

The multisig will require 4 out of 6 participants to agree on taking any action, the action they can take is distributing the SOLOS, and they are free to allocate the SOLOS erc20 token in any way they think is reasonable.

Scope: The multisig will distribute funds in such a way that encourages a larger community to participate in Solos. The project is still very new, so everything is on the table. The multisig holders are also free to decide to compensate themselves for their participation as multisig holders, and the community will see how this plays out.

Some ideas: Give SOLOS to people for setting up contracts in the community that make SOLOS more useful. Give SOLOS to folks for setting up real-life exhibitions. Give SOLOS for publicity, writing articles or doing (tasteful) promotion.

Duration: Ideally the grant period lasts a period of 12 weeks. At the end of this we can all evaluate what went well, what works, what didn't etc... Again, this is an experiment.

Future: If the multisig goes well, we can continue this process with more funds, continue with this multisig or create more or change participants.

Hopes: It is hoped that the multisig committee will behave well, but again, this is the first time for all of this, so lets see.
