Sonne Finance Community Fundraising for Audit

As you know, we are distributing every bit of protocol rewards with stakers thus we don't have a treasury.

While we use the compound code for backend which is battle-tested and audited, getting an audit would simply ensure community and investor's trust to the protocol.

Because we don't have any treasury, and we are against private OTC deals, this is the path we have chosen to raise funds.

We are looking to do hybrid audit-bug bounty program of Code4rena, and we have to raise $50k USDC for that to happen.

Protocol growth funds will be used for the fundraising.

Here's how it will work:

• The fundraising date will be announced in socials. (for example, 5 Mar 2023 12:00 UTC)
• Min $2000, max $5000 worth of SONNE can be bought.
• The event will last 24 hours or ends when $50k is raised.
• The SONNE tokens will be distributed as staked SONNE (sSONNE), and with a 7.5% discount.
• It won't matter if you send tokens at the start of the event, or 2 hours later for the end price. The discount will apply when the event ends. If SONNE price is $0.2 at the end of the event, you'll get sSONNE based on the price of $0.185. (with 7.5% discount)
• Funds will be gathered in a centralized way in order not to waste time for a smart contract. We as a team need to get the funds in our wallet anyway, so even if we write a contract for the event, there will be trust element no matter what. You can simply check the specific wallet we'll create for the event, to monitor how we use funds.
• If $50k is already gathered, you won't be able to participate the event further. We'll return the funds if you send them after the max amount.
• If you send less than $2k, it won't be returned. If you send more than $5k, it will be count as $5k.
• If there are more than 25 participants want to participate, those who have "Sunbather" role in our Discord, will have priority.
• We are not looking for KYC, but if you DM us, we'll prioritize those who DM over anonymous wallets in order to prevent one person having multiple wallets to participate in the event.
