▫️Constat :

Suite à l’annonce et au lancement de SoonGovernance (SGOV), The Real Squad (TRS) désire s’assurer de la pertinence de sa démarche, de l’adhésion de la communauté RealT et obtenir la légitimité de cette dernière.

▫️[Proposition] Acceptez-vous ? :

-De valider de l’état actuel de SGOV (canaux TG) et son système de vote sur snapshot -De confier la gestion de SGOV à TRS -De reconnaitre SGOV comme, jusqu’à décision contraire de SGOV, la seule DAO légitime de la communauté RealT -Les termes contenus dans l’annonce initiale de SGOV diffusé le 25 avril 2022.

-En cas d’acceptation de ce vote de confiance par la communauté, RealT SGOV continuera et se développera.

-En cas de refus du vote de confiance par la communauté, SGOV sera totalement mis en veille durant 4 semaines minimum afin de voir si une autre solution, non initiée ou portée par TRS voit le jour et est formalisée. Passé ce délai de 4 semaines, et sans autre projet immédiatement utilisable, un nouveau vote de confiance sera demandé par TRS.

▫️Type de vote :

-Majorité absolue oui/non -avec les Tokens SOON -le poids de chaque vote est déterminé par la quantité de Token SOON détenu par chaque votant

🔹 Avantages de la proposition selon le soumissionnaire :

-Système simplifié pour les votes en DAO de la communauté -Apprentissage et démarrage rapide de la futur DAO de l'ecosystème RealToken grâce à SGOV -Gestion totale de SGOV (canaux TG et snapshot) par TRS

🔹Désavantage de la proposition selon le soumissionnaire :

-Gestion de SGOV par un nombre restreint de personnes -Propositions soumises à approbation de RealT avant mise au vote

▫️Constant :

Following the announcement and launch of SoonGovernance (SGOV), The Real Squad (TRS) wants to ensure the relevance of its approach, the buy-in of the RealT community, and obtain legitimacy from the RealT community.

▫️[Proposal] Do you agree ? :

-To validate the current state of SGOV (TG channels) and its snapshot voting system -To entrust the management of SGOV to TRS -To recognize SGOV as, until SGOV decides otherwise, the only legitimate DAO of the RealT community -The terms contained in the initial SGOV announcement released on April 25, 2022.

-In the event of acceptance of this vote of confidence by the community, RealT SGOV will continue and expand.

-In case of refusal of the vote of confidence by the community, SGOV will be totally put on hold for a minimum of 4 weeks to see if another solution, not initiated or carried by TRS, is born and formalized. After this 4 week period, and without another immediately usable project, a new vote of confidence will be requested by TRS.

▫️Voting type :

-Absolute majority yes/no -with SOON tokens -the weight of each vote is determined by the amount of SOON Tokens held by each voter

🔹 Advantages of the proposal according to the submitter :

-Simplified system for community DAO votes. -Learning and quick start of the future DAO of the RealToken ecosystem with SGOV -Full management of SGOV (TG channels and snapshot) by TRS

-Management of SGOV by a limited number of people -Proposals subject to approval by RealT before being put to vote
