Mining Rewards Vote

Dear SpaceSwap Users,

Due to a high number of requests from the SpaceSwap community, we would like to initiate a decentralized vote with the following purpose:

Currently, every Ethereum block, 6.9 MILK2 tokens are generated and redistributed among all users who farm via Interstellar using their LP tokens

We want to propose: to reduce the number of MILK2 rewards per Ethereum block in the Interstellar smart contract - from 6.9 MILK2 tokens (currently) to 3.5 MILK2 tokens (proposed).

Why is it important? This action will help to reduce the pressure on the MILK2 token; to make our SHAKE token even more valuable; and to create more exclusivity for the MILK2 token for all MILK2 token holders.
