Enlarging the rewards for SHAKE holding from 1% to 2.5%

Due to a high number of requests from the SpaceSwap community, we would like to initiate a decentralized vote with the following purpose:

To enlarge the reward % for SHAKE holders - from 1% of all the distributed rewards for the MILK2 farming process (per 100k Ethereum blocks / 466 BSC blocks), to 2.5%.
