Change the Galaxy and NOAH/ETH Allocation points
Due to the high user demand, we are proposing to change the distribution of tokens in the Galaxy contract from 0.1 to 0.2 MILK2 per block. We are also offering to increase the Allocation points of the NOAH/ETH pool to 6,000.
