Every 100,000 blocks, we choose which projects to include in the Interstellar. First, we vote for the existing projects. The community decides whether to leave or remove them.

Then, if 1 or more slots from the available 9 becomes vacant, the community decides which project(s) from Galaxy will fill the vacancy / vacancies.
