Add pools with MIC and CREAM coins

To create these new promising pools on the SpaceSwap platform:

MIC / MILK2 CREAM / MILK2

Being a one-stop-station for DeFi projects, SpaceSwap always supports the rising stars of the industry. Both CREAM from C.R.E.A.M. Finance and MIC from MITH Cash are two promising coins with developed tokenimics that show great promise of growth. That’s why we’ve decided to launch a vote on whether to add MILK2 pools with these coins.

Why is it important? This action will help to show our up-to-date vision and support for the industry while keeping the price of MILK2 stable.
