MILK2 distribution among SHAKE holders

For the next MILK2 distribution among SHAKE holders, which will happen on block #11130100 and for the next similar distributions, we suggest the following conditions for each 100,000 blocks:

1. We take a snapshots of every SHAKE holder’s SHAKE balance on blocks: #11130100 and #11030100 (+100,000 blocks for each in the following distributions).

2. From these addresses, we will identify all the ones that held SHAKE tokens for the last 100,000 blocks.

There will be multi-players:

1. If the address' balance is 1 – 4 SHAKE, then the multi-player is x1

2. If the address' balance is 4 – 10 SHAKE, then the multi-player is x4

3. If the address' balance is 10+ SHAKE, then the multi-player is x8

4. If an address used Shake Blender during the last 100,000 blocks, then x2 is applied to the multi-player.
