Spark's Operational Facilitator has placed a proposal into the voting system on behalf of nested contributor Phoenix Labs.
The Spark community can hereby express support or opposition to the following changes, as described by the author of the proposal:
Controller version v1.8 enables the ALM proxy Freezable to perform the setter role for Spark Savings vaults. This is beneficial vs the existing setup where the setter is controlled by the Spark operations multisig, as the ALM proxy has a more robust failover admin control setup including both primary and secondary relayers as well as a freezer multisig. Additionally, managing this under the ALM proxy will allow the primary relayer’s automation features to manage rates programmatically, which will ensure rates immediately track the benchmarks specified in the Spark Artifact without any delays.
