Enable Grove to deploy in Aave Core RLUSD - October 27, 2025

Spark's Operational Facilitator has placed a proposal into the voting system on behalf of nested contributor Phoenix Labs.

Review

As per the terms estabished in A.2.9.2.1 - Ecosystem Accord 1: Grove and Spark Agents, Grove is currently precluded from executing deployments to Aave Core v3 until Ecosystem Accord 1 expires on November 29, 2025. However, Spark can explicitly decide not to exercise their Right of First Refusal and can therefore allow Grove immediately to pursuit the opportunity to deploy in Aave Core RLUSD.

The Spark community can hereby express support or opposition to enabling Grove to deploy in Aave Core RLUSD by forgoing their Right to First Refusal in this ocassion, as described by the author of the proposal:

The recent Grove spell adds support for Aave Core RLUSD market, amongst other items. As noted in the thread, Grove is currently unable to deploy into this market until the end of the Accord. With this notice, Phoenix Labs recommends a snapshot poll to allow Grove to allocate to the Aave Core RLUSD market for any amount.

Outcomes

• If "For" receives the most votes, the proposal will be approved. The associated pull request will be merged into Spark's artifact. When required, the listed changes will proceed to implementation by the relevant actors.
• If "Against" receives the most votes, the proposal will be rejected. No changes will be implemented.
