Spark's Operational Facilitator has placed a proposal into the voting system on behalf of nested contributor Phoenix Labs.
The Spark community can hereby express support or opposition to the following changes, as described by the author of the proposal:
Rate limits for SparkLend USDT and USDC have not been updated for some time, and may now lag vs potential usage. Particularly for the USDT market, Spark is now ingesting large volumes of USDT from Spark Savings vaults and higher throughput of deposits into SparkLend is sensible to ensure Spark Liquidity Layer is not stuck with idle USDT capital due to rate limits being hit.
SparkLend's overall risk profile remains low due to a strict focus on liquid, blue-chip collateral assets as well as governance being controlled under Spark and Sky voting.
