SIP-009 Enabling gOHM-FTM bond

Background:

gOHM is the cross-chain, wrapped sOHM.

gOHM will be on Fantom network soon. Spartacus DAO will be proud to be the first to support gOHM-FTM bond on Fantom.

Enabling gOHM-FTM bond will add gOHM assets into Spartacus Treasury, helping integrating SPA into the Olympus DAO system and open Spartacus to a much broader community.

This is part of our initiative to work closely with OlympusDAO team.

Olympus DAO will be incentivizing the gOHM-FTM pool. Accepting gOHM-FTM bonds allows Spartacus Treasury to receive farming rewards of OHM as well. This is a win-win for Spartacus and Olympus DAO.
