SIP-006 Enabling yield farming for wsSPA-FTM pool on Spookyswap.

Background:

1. What is wsSPA? wsSPA is wrapped staked SPA. sSPA is wrapped in a non-rebasing manner so that you can transfer sSPA value without worrying about the rebase timer. wsSPA carries all the SPA value as well as the rebasing value. 1). wsSPA can be traded against any other ERC20 tokens. Bootstrapping the wsSPA-FTM liquidity on Spookyswap improves liquidity provisioning of wsSPA. 2). wsSPA can be used as collateral assets for Spartacadabra soon. 3.) wsSPA can be bridged across chain, without needing to worry about rebasing.

2. Spookyswap plans to incentivize our wsSPA-FTM pool with BOO token. This brings additional awards for all sSPA holders, who will earn rebase rewards + farming rewards with BOO at the same time.



In return, we will provide equivalent $ worth SPA tokens to incentivize xBOO holders (Spooky’s syrup pool). There are currently 58K BOO holders and we believe this will help on-board BOO holders to become SPA holders. We shall show our warm welcome to another wave of new Spartacus members. 


Proposal: Approve 120K $ worth of SPA (~ 515 SPA tokens) from Spartacus DAO to enable syrup pool on Spookyswap (https://spookyswap.finance/pools). This will enable two farming pools on Spookyswap:

1. Farming wsSPA-FTM pool. Earn BOO token.
2. xBOO pool. Earn SPA token. Both pools will last 60 days.
