Simple summary:

This proposal aims to add a Gauge for the Wrapped Staked eliteRingsScUSD ERC4626 Vault, which launched last week.

eliteRingsScUSD token is the largest Liquid Locker token on Sonic chain, with nearly $700K in Exit Liquidity pools for veUSD. It represents locked-staked scUSD in the Rings/Trevee (https://trevee.xyz) protocol, enabling bi-directional trading (mint with veUSD, split back to veUSD). It has been running since March 2025, and currently controls claim to about 11% of all the yield earned by about $40M USDC on Etheruem as managed by Trevee/Rings in Veda vaults.

We’d like to add this pool to Spectra’s gauge system to incentivise liquidity of our PT, as it would enable a New layer of Fixed yield on top of eliteRingsScUSD's own Fixed yield (buy cheap, redeem to veUSD, vest out).

Benefit to Spectra

Eliteness.Network will provide a fixed % budget from its weekly revenue of the eliteRingsScUSD product as bribes each week to veSPECTRA holders.

This aligns growth of wstkEliteRingsScUSD liquidity on Spectra with veSPECTRA community in a fully sustainable, self-funding manner, for ever.

This pool will run forever, renewing to new pools every 6 months at maturity, streamlined by the upcoming Metavaults product from Spectra.

Note for YT traders

w-stk-eliteRingsScUSD represents an autocompounding version of eliteRingsScUSD staked in the stk-eliteRingsScUSD Farmland, which receives a new dispatch of eliteRingsScUSD rewards each week between Thursday-Friday. The rewards are then streamed over 30-days. Thus, the effect of any new rewards added is smoothened over by a factor of 1/4, as 3/4th of the ongoing rewards are remerged with the new 7-day rewards, to start a new 30-day cycle. This mechanism ensures no abrupt swings in Base Yield, providing a smooth experience for YT holders. With this in effect, YT holders can easily predict their minimum baseline earnings over upcoming 4 weeks in advance.
