SGP-1┃Governance Proposal Quorum update

Summary: The goal of this proposal is to adjust Quorum according to the last votes and governance improvements.

Context: A quorum helps to ensure the legitimacy and validity of the voting process by guaranteeing sufficient participation of the DAO members. Previously, there was no quorum to rely on, that is why I propose to adjust the quorum to at least 200k SPR. In addition in the voting options, I will add a lower amount (100k SPR) that can also be a fair point at this early stage.

After calculating the average and median of the community votes, we obtain: An average of 238k SPR and a median of 227k, based on this I chose that 200k SPR might be the best starting point for the coming months.

Each vote has to reach the minimum quorum, even if it has a majority, for it to be considered an official proposal. It is the responsibility of the proposal author to enlist voting participation from the community to reach a quorum.

Note that these modifications are possible to change again in the future depending on the data of the next votes.

Means:

• Human resources: If the proposal is approved, this will need to adjust the Quorum Parameters on the Spiral's Snapshot.
• Treasury resources: There is no treasury cost.
