STP-6 | Establishment of a Marketing Multisig and Budget Allocation

Summary:

This proposal aims to establish a dedicated marketing multisig for Spiral DAO, managed by six DAO members, requiring three signatures for transactions (a 3/6 multisig). It also outlines the budget allocation for various marketing activities.

Context: As Spiral DAO continues to grow, there is an increasing need for focused and efficient marketing efforts. A dedicated marketing multisig will streamline decision-making and fund allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring agility and effectiveness in promotional activities.

Rationale: The establishment of a 3/6 marketing multisig allows for secure and efficient management of marketing funds. By involving five core team members and requiring three signatures for transactions, the multisig ensures both security and flexibility in decision-making. This structure supports rapid and responsive marketing actions, vital for the DAO's growth and engagement.

Budget Allocation: The proposed budget for the marketing multisig is set at $13,900, to be allocated quarterly for the following activities:

• DeBank Promotions:
  • To promote Spiral DAO on DeBank, create reward pools, and engage in related activities.
    • Budget:
• One-Time Shill:
  • Payments for influencers who are engaged on a one-off basis, typically for single or rare promotional activities.

  • Funding for events and activities aimed at engaging and rewarding the Spiral DAO community.

  • Regular payments to influencers who work with us on an ongoing basis. Currently, we are actively seeking a second ambassador under Curve, who will be onboarded soon.
