SGP-2 | OG role redistributing

Summary: Remove OG roles from all inactive members of the discord server.

Rationale: I propose to remove OG roles from inactive members. However, if these members become inactive or leave the server, their OG roles may no longer be necessary.

By removing OG roles from inactive members, the server can maintain an active and engaged community by incentivizing participation and rewarding members who are actively contributing. Redistributing the roles to more active users also creates a sense of fairness and encourages members to stay engaged with the server.

Additionally, having a cleaner and livelier community can attract new members and improve the overall quality of interactions and discussions within the server. It can also make moderation and management of the server easier by reducing the number of inactive or unused roles that need to be managed.
