Allow RevenantLabs to fix bugs/help as and when needed!

This proposal is from the RevenantLabs DAO. Our team has observed the following issues currently faced by SpiritSwap users!

Proposed Solution:

The Revenant team is requesting that the DAO approve the granting of access to the SpiritSwap repos in order to carry out the work required as described above. Further, we seek an approval for 70000 SPIRIT (Currently valued at 500$) for the current bugs and weekly maintenance/fixing bugs for upto 35000 SPIRIT/month (Currently 250$) depending upon bugs without needing another vote. Payments will be based on approval from Spiritswap team on submission of bug report by RevenantLabs! *Paid in Spirit and held by our treasury for locking!

Benefits SpiritSwap users enjoy a bug free and comfortable experience in all manners! RevenantLabs can further add support for Spirit related assets earlier and Spiritswap users can benefit from future integrations as well in a timely manner!

Risks None as such (Apart from sharing repo access) Max payment (Only if the work justifies as per Spiritswap team) of 35000 SPIRIT/week, with an initial 70000 SPIRIT to cover the aforementioned bugs.
