Proposal AdminGuru resume ownership of operational duties relating to SpiritSwap DAO

As per the proposal titled: “Multi-sig proposal for proposed expenditure signs off from the DAO.”

The DAO has officially given the multi-sig permission to spend a set budget to support the maintenance and upkeep of SpiritSwap moving forward. Currently, these funds are transferred to a wallet controlled by AdminGuru, who has been defacto managing these expenses since this proposal was passed. While AdminGuru’s expenses for the management of the community and DAO expenses is included in the aforementioned proposal that has already passed, We want to ensure the community has a say in all DAO-related matters.

As such, even though AdminGuru has been running operations in a defacto manner for some time now, We wanted to seek inSPIRIT holder approval, in an official governance vote to set this in stone.

This proposal seeks DAO approval for AdminGuru to resume operational control of SpiritSwap in an official capacity.

This involves but is not limited to the following duties and tasks:

• Management of community discord

• Management of all Spirit Marketing initiatives (Medium articles, Twitter management, AMA’s, SOULLY Fireside e.t.c)

• Management and ownership of the monthly expenses such as Payment to DAO contributors, payment to moderators and admin team, payment of AWS and hosting, payment to any external contractors who do work for the DAO

• Managing business development efforts (that is acting on behalf of the DAO to give guidance on SpiritSwaps governance process should a potential partner of the DAO wish to add value to SpiritSwap, but needs a proposal to do so)

• Management of multi-sig members

• Communicating with the elected DAO entity

• Communicating and managing any developer's (contract or full-time) who contribute to the DAO

In short, overseeing and managing the daily operations of SpiritSwap DAO. This has been happening for some time now in a defacto manner, however, we wanted to give the community a chance to make this official. This doesn't require any additional expenditure of treasury money as the expenses for such duties have already been priced in based on the proposal above.

Actions:

Approve - Appoint AdminGuru in an official capacity to resume operational duties of the DAO.

Do nothing - Reject the proposal and have no official operational capacity for DAO management.
