Migration of V1 to V2 and Closure of V1

Hello Spiritors,

We are asking the DAO to vote on beginning the process of absolving SpiritSwap V1 for a number of reasons as outlined below:

1. To allow for a more unified experience regarding locked InSpirit, InSpirit rewards, and InSpirit utility moving forward.

2. To create a more legible swapping experience. Some users may get confused and overwhelmed by having what is essentially two exchanges offered within one application, and thus cause loss of users and thus loss of possible swapping customers due to this convolution.

3. This change will create a more suitable environment for streamlined metric management -- making it easier than ever for us to more accurately asses the success and short-comings of SpiritSwap as we grow and change.

The above reasons are to the benefit of all SpiritSwap investors, users, and InSpirit voters. The change would require some prompting by the users to help us move fully from V1 to V2 and subsequently close V1.

The required tasks for users are outlined below:

1. To migrate, all that has to be done is claim the existing rewards in the SpiritSwap Dapp V1.

2. Migrating is necessary for users because the current existence of V1 and V2 simultaneously may be causing reward failures for users on V1.

3. Failure to migrate to V2 by the migration closure date may result in loss of V1 rewards.

We hope that the community will join us in approving another streamlining decision to make SpiritSwap the ultimate Fantom super-power!
