Proposal to shutdown the SCARAB-GSCARAB Gauge

Background

Gauge — Is a system that has been created to complement the macro tokenomics of the SpiritSwap ecosystem. This system enables participants in the ecosystem to influence where the yield farm rewards should be directed each week. The system works by allowing inSPIRIT holders to cast votes on which farms should receive sufficient support through reward emissions, and emissions are sent out to farms according to the votes that they receive.

Since the start of V2, the GSCARAB-SCARAB gauge has not received any votes, and its liquidity is almost non-existent, resulting in a buggy APR that says infinite.

The Proposal

We want to eliminate the GSCARAB-SCARAB gauge from the farms section, as it is a pair that has no liquidity and is not receiving any votes. Removing it will also get rid of the inaccurate APR numbers that it currently displays.
