Should we add a Raffle

Similar to Pancakeswap, lets consider adding a raffle. We could have payouts in $BOO for the top prizes and for lower prizes or their own raffle. These NFT's will be exclusive and can only be won by participating in the raffle. A portion of the lottery proceeds could be used to help some spooky cats by donating to an animal shelter and the rest we could lock into boo farms. This will increase volume and also tug at the heart strings of people both in and out of the crypto world.

We could have a separate vote on how much of a tax there will be and how to allocate the funds if it passes.
