Replace DAI with SX as betting currency + burn the SX fees

REMOVE DAI Since adding USDC as a betting option it has taken over as the most popular currency to bet in on SportX. Over the last 60 days our betting volumes by currency were split as follows:

USDC ~70% ETH ~22% DAI ~8%

I believe there is no need to have market makers split their stable coin liquidity across two pairs, that is why I am proposing to remove DAI as a betting option.

ADD SX AS BETTABLE CURRENCY + BURN THE SX FEES One of our most requested features is to allow users to bet in SX. Doing this will create another primary use for SX along with staking and LPing.

Considering the SX Treasury will receive 55% of all the SX in existence (550,000,000), instead of sending the SX fees to the treasury I propose that we burn 100% of the SX fees earned through betting instead.
