SX Community Management Team

The SX community is rapidly growing and the Discord is becoming the popular place for users to interact. With this, comes the need to ensure that the community maintains an inviting space for new users and that answers are provided in a timely manner.

Proposal:

The SX Community Management Team will consist of three members selected by an approved committee of @KennyPowers, @Andrew, @Jake.

Expectations

The SX Network Community Management Team will consist of the following expectations:

• Respond to any question asked on the Discord server (within reason) and any technical issues a team member will be tagged
• Continue to grow the Discord community experience by creating emojis, stickers, and other promotional SX graphics
• Promote a safe environment for SX users by banning any malicious users
• Monitor for predatory accounts that direct message SX users in phishing attempts
• Conduct Discord specific contests/events periodically to encourage community interaction
• Engage actively in the SX Network community discord to facilitate community discussion

Compensation

Each team member will receive 1,000 staked SX per month for a set term of 3 months. There will be an additional 3,000 SX in a promotional/giveaway budget for a total of 30,000 SX. This term will auto-renew at the end of the three month period unless there is a new accepted proposal to change the terms and/or end the team entirely.
