Q4 2023 Budget Approval

As per SDIP-40, this is a Regular Proposal and has a Quorum to Pass of 50,000 $SQUIG and a Minimum Participation of 5 voters.

The Treasury Squad is requesting 1 ETH (for gas transactions), 10,000 discretionary SQUIG (payments to be reported when top off is requested) and 18,984 USDC to top up the $25k discretionary funds as per SDIP-29. The breakdown of the amount is as follows:

This request is to top up expenses since the last budget passed in June 2023.

• Merch samples: 448
• IT tools (12M subscription): 233
• Marfa and Miami t-shirts: 1,397
• 40 Skateboards (gift certificates): 2,200
• Podcast IT tools: 242
• 9 DAO skateboards (gift certificates) + stickers: 961
• Go Pro for events recording (Marfa, Miami, LA Venice Skatepark, etc): 440
• Peanut Butter Documentary, video shoot and edit: 8,450
• Skateboards for Art Basel Miami: 2,228
• Marfa expenses: 1,845

Note: On-going Core Team Compensation is approved until 31 Dec 2023 as per "Feb & Mar 2023 Budget". Fnkl comp is approved as per SDIP-42.
