Discretionary Funds Top-Up & Authorization

As per SDIP-40, this is a Regular Proposal and has a Quorum to Pass of 50 SD NFTs and a Minimum Participation of 5 voters.

This proposal has three objectives:

• To report and provide a breakdown of expenses incurred since the last budget was approved in February 2025;
• To request 24,655 USDC to top up the $25k discretionary funds as per SDIP-29; and
• To authorize the Treasury multi-sig holders to replenish the discretionary funds on an as-needed basis, removing the requirement for recurring budget proposals, while maintaining continued transparent reporting.

This reflects the DAO’s cost-conscious operating approach and multi-year track record, under which budget proposals have become increasingly infrequent, demonstrating prudent and responsible stewardship of DAO resources.
