Staff payment

We want to make sure our staff feel appreciated for all their hard work they put in. To keep our team engaged and motivated, we're proposing a payout to $1,000 monthly for collab and community management. This will show that we truly value their contributions and dedication, and it will lead to happier staff, increased productivity, and overall job satisfaction.

This contract payout will continue until December 31st totaling $8,000. Our goal is to create a more positive and supportive work environment that helps our community.
