[Transfer Fee] Should it raise?

This is the FIRST vote on Transfer Fee, and it will be held every month at 14:00 UTC on the 10th.

Currently, the transfer fee for SET is 1%.

Raising the transfer fee can limit the selling pressure, and a large amount of SET will be destroyed. $SET will start to deflate.
This may limit the entry of new buyers in the secondary market.
