Voting Process Formalization - StackedToadz DAO

Dudes and Dudesses; Toads and Toadettes, We want to formalize the voting process and structure of the StackedToadz DAO, as well as outline what areas will be voted upon moving forward.

DAO VOTING PROCESS Voting strictly takes place on snapshot (https://snapshot.org/#/stackedtoadzdao.eth) with the only exception being team member votes*. Preliminary "rough" consensus votes can be put up in the DAO sections of the StackedToads Discord. While these are encouraged, in order to receive feedback for any ideas and open up the community forum, these rough consensus votes solely serve as experimental brainstorms and do not carry the weight of an official DAO vote. *Team member voting will follow a 3-tier 2/3 system, where our OG Stackers (majority of them) are equivalent of 1 vote, the mods (majority) 1 vote, and dev DYSTOMOUSE 1 vote.

STRUCTURE

1. Every snapshot proposal needs to run for a minimum of 10 hours**

2. Every snapshot proposal needs to generate at least 50 votes (I am screaming on the inside because we have 16k members but looking back at the past votes 50 isn't that easy to reach) in order for it to go through. Should it not reach the 50 vote mark, it will be considered to be invalid, regardless of the outcome. **Emergency proposals (e.g. the night of the exploit) are an exception, here the voting period can be reduced to 2 hours. While a comprehensive dialectic of what the definition of an emergency is will not be given, it should suffice to say that these cases need to be quasi self-evident (i.e. website is hacked and we need to fund x now). The same minimum vote of 50 continues to apply.

WHAT MUST BE VOTED UPON?

1. Everything involving DAO funds over >1ETH. -- While investments made by the DAO treasury will be for the community to vote upon, the DAO treasury board (Headmods/Multisigs) has relative authority to exit, change and/or add to positions in those assets. As crypto markets move fast and often demand a swift decision, a 10 hour voting period is not viable here.

2. All further changes made to the StackedToadz ecosystem on a protocol level. -- This does NOT include emergency measures that need to be taken.

3. Everything related to a change in the voting process or the structure of how this DAO currently operates must also be voted upon.
