Stacked Toads game proposal

Well folks, it's here. The game most of you have played for the last couple of days represents a rough outline of what was brought to us by a Game Dev in our community. This game will serve as an additional burn/circulating supply source of stack in addition to the upcoming arcade and raffles.

The numbers...

The dev estimatesthey can deliver a completed game with full stack and wallet integration, leaderboards, prizes, graphics in around 3-4 weeks approx. from start time and for a cost of 5.5eth (roughly 70-80 hours of work) . We checked with some other game devs and this is in line with the cost to develop full custom games from start to finish.

Dev will be paid 1/3 (1.833eth) up front, 1/3(1.833eth) on demo completion and the final 1/3(1.833eth) on delivery of finished product.

The DAO will be funding this development out of the treasury.
