Decrease LP rewards progressively by 1.815% until a reward of 53333 STACK is reached

This way the decrease of LP rewards wont cause a significant shock on the market. Following this rate for 60 days would decrease the rewards from 160000 STACK to around 1/3 of the current reward STACK (approx 53333 STACK). The reasoning is the following:

1. It helps decrease inflation as less STACK is introduced on supply daily
2. Avoids a great shock as rewards will decrease at a constant rate
3. Incentivises the purchase of toads in the long run as they will be more profitable
