NEW: Mod payment for time put in thus far

PART 2 of the PROPOSAL

As stated in the first proposal "DAO Moving Forward & Mod Payments" this is where the community can vote on how much the mods should be paid for work and time put into this project thus far. It has been one crazy wild ride and the amount of hours put into this project by the mods – albeit to varying degrees – has been intense.

To be clear, this is a one-time compensation and is essentially structured into 5 different Tiers; Each with 3 options to vote on. As also stated in the first proposal, the mods have talked this through thoroughly internally and all agree that it's only fair to structure it this way.
