Should vault fees be lowered?

To pave the road to take our vaults to the next level (100m vs 10m TVL), we should reduce our vault fees.

Our product is quite valuable with the current markets. As yields cool off and new vaults get diluted quicker, our vaults help maintain high yield while allowing both small and large investors to not have to worry about constantly shifting money between vaults (and without constantly losing money on gas!).

However, the 2&20 fees are eating significantly into investors' base yields.

I propose, per feedback from the community, that the management fee is eliminated and we take only the 20% performance fee.
